Ricardo Bonacho, co-founder of the Food Design Lab, presented the Co-Lab: Laboratório de Innovação with the Client of the Continent to present the operating model of the Food Design Lab Lisboa. During the presentation, Ricardo Bonacho elucidated the process used in the laboratory to develop food products, services, and experiences. The event included the Continent's innovation team and members of the Producers' Club, who were interested in exploring new approaches in the food sector.
